The Printing Management Division provides trained and experienced Print Specialists with printing expertise and knowledge to assist the Army in all its print requirements. We are the Army's proponent in providing high quality print products and services to the customer on time, for the least cost, within budget on any type of media. We will assist you from initial requests through final delivery. The Printing Management Division will provide you support to address your printing request fficiently, skillfully, and timely. Our comprehensive approach on our products, offer Army customers printing on all types, and ensures excellent customer service. All printing requests must be accompanied with a DA Form 260, DA Form 260-1, or DD Form 282 , please click Help on how to fill out this form. Per AR 25-30, all Department of the Army printing and local Army command printing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area must e sent to Printing Management Division (PMD) for procurement. Army organizations outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area may use PMD to assist in their printing requirements for print requests over $3,000.00 dollars. (The following is included in the Washington DC metropolitan area: In Maryland: Calvert County, Charles County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County. In Virginia: Arlington County, City of Alexandria, Clarke County, Culpeper County, Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, City of Falls Church ,Fauquier County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park, Rappahannock County, Spotsylvania County, City of Fredericksburg, Stafford County, and Warren County. In West Virginia: Jefferson County.)

The Printing Management Division (PMD) was required to change the way it accepts and processes DD Form 448 (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR)). MIPRs for print requests are to be sent to PMD, through the following email address: usarmy.belvoir.usamc.mbx.apmdc-printing-management-division@mail.mil. PMD will be processing MIPRs through Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Government Publishing Office (GPO), and/or Federal Bureau of Prisons (UNICOR). IPRs cannot be sent directly from the customer to DLA/GPO/UNICOR but must be sent to PMD. The MIPR will be received by PMD and PMD will send the MIPR directly to DLA/GPO/UNICOR. DLA/GPO/UNICOR will then provide PMD with the signed DD Form 448-2. PMD will in turn provide the signed DD Form 448-2, to the customer. When submitting the MIPR to PMD, please add the below address in the TO block (Block 7).
