The Secretary of The Army has endorsed the use of Department of the Army
computer-generated letterhead stationery. This change in policy is
reflected in the new release of the revised AR 25-30.
The electronic letterhead template is being made available
for use with Microsoft Word and can be modified for your specific
installation and address.
It is strongly recommended that you print and follow the instructions by clicking here
prior to downloading the templates.
Click here to download the templates (these templates work with MS Word 97 and later). You will be
downloading a WinZip file that contains both templates. If prompted, unzip or
extract the file you wish to use, then save the file to your hard drive. You
may be able to double click the template icon from within WinZip, if so, complete
the dialog box prompts in Word, then save the your hard drive.
